The Loadtek Small Parts Storage Tray Rack range delivers highly efficient storage for components, fittings, and consumables where quick access and organisation are essential. Built from welded square-section steel and finished in a tough blue epoxy coating, these racks offer durability suitable for demanding industrial environments.
 
Each rack includes formed tray supports that allow trays to glide smoothly while remaining securely aligned. A built-in retaining strap prevents trays from being pushed through during loading, ensuring safe and consistent operation.
 
Models range from the empty CT270 frame—ideal for custom tray layouts—to the CT271 with 10 identical trays and the CT272 featuring a mixed tray combination to accommodate varied item sizes. Fitted with 100 mm nylon swivel castors with roller bearings, the racks offer excellent manoeuvrability even when fully loaded.
 
With a height of 1725 mm and a compact footprint, these racks maximise vertical storage while remaining easy to move between workstations, production cells or storage areas.
