The Loadtek Mobile Polythene Food Grade Tray Rack range is engineered for demanding hygienic environments such as food production, catering and pharmaceutical applications. Each rack is built from strong welded steel angle, finished in a high-visibility red epoxy coat for easy identification and long-lasting protection.
 
Supplied with robust non-toxic polyethylene trays, this system ensures fully compliant food-grade handling. The trays feature solid bases and sides, all-round grip points, and impressive thermal resistance from –30°C to +60°C (washable up to 110°C), making them ideal for chilled, ambient or heated workflow conditions.
 
Tray runners are formed from fixed metal supports designed for smooth loading and unloading, while a metal retaining strap prevents over-pushing during use. Four 100 mm nylon swivel castors deliver excellent manoeuvrability, even in busy production spaces.
 
Available in five tray capacities—from 6 to 16 tiers—the CT series allows you to select the ideal configuration to match throughput, storage needs and workflow layout.
