The 500 Series Platform Trucks with Timber Panels are designed for applications where added load containment and protection are required. Built on a heavy-duty, fully welded steel chassis, each truck features a substantial timber deck capable of handling loads up to 500kg with confidence.
Clear varnished plywood panels are fitted to provide increased load security while also offering protection for delicate or boxed items during transit. With a choice of configurations ranging from a single timber end through to fully enclosed four-sided models, this range allows you to tailor the truck to your operational needs.
 
Smooth and controlled movement is ensured by a practical castor layout of two swivel and two fixed castors, fitted with 160mm rubber-tyred wheels and roller bearings. Handle ends are fully welded to the steel base for long-term strength and stability, while the durable blue epoxy finish provides excellent resistance to wear in busy working environments.
