Pallet Trucks and Stackers – Are You Covered?

Following on from “CFTS – Are you covered?”  campaign research still shows that there are numerous pieces of materials handling equipment operating within the UK that are still not serviced and maintained properly, or inspected to the current Health and Safety guidelines, or compliant with the LOLER/PUWER and Thorough Examination recognised inspection and maintenance scheme.

Fork lift trucks manual and electric pallet trucks and stackers plus other materials handling equipment need to be serviced and inspected regularly to ensure operator safety whilst undertaking their busy daily routine.

Despite some heavy fines and possible prison sentences for Directors and business owners a lot of materials handling equipment are still being used without regular service, maintenance and/or inspection schedule in place.

To discuss and service maintenance plans or to arrange a free materials handling equipment health check or thorough examination contact us on 0870 850 2296 or via email accounts@nationwidehandling.co.uk
